In surreal images, Rafael Silvera tends to the park of consciousness – enormous

With stunning horizons for faces, eye flowers, or nothing but coral over the shoulders, Rafael SilverraA surreal images that call for the aspects of human awareness that extend to the wonderful and strange spectrum. The Brazilian artist describes his work as a “deep diving into the human mind”, the merging of flowers, landscapes and strange hybrid features into the heads of humor with a slightly evil tin.
The next Silverra exhibition, ArgulTura CósMica in DCG ContemporaryThe exhibition says, “The fertile terrain of consciousness crosses.” With a reference to the Pop and Superkiyah, his mind imagines the mind as a garden where ideas are seeds and pictures (they) the wild flowers that germinate. “

Silveira mostly works in oil, using a plate or cloth as a surface and sometimes surrounds its work with wooden engraved wooden frames. Read the sculpted details of the tires, such as an anatomical heart in a “couple of eyes” or a comprehensive eye that leads “Crocria Do Tempo”-“blocking time” in Portuguese-such as talismans.
Several Silveira writings begin to create a traditional head and shoulder image as a starting point, but instead of the skin, we see a horizon far, as in the “magnetic”, or head of the shape that is replaced by a leg of coral or a pillar of fire. Other pieces are completely ignoring the broad human lines in fun arrangements of live flowers, which indicate wide eyes and added expressions. While human forms are rid of emotional autonomy because they converge with their surroundings, plants in works such as “omg” and “Pleese” are an abundance of dread and desire.
ArgulTura CósMica It opens in London on June 12 and lasts until July 10. The show extends simultaneously alongside an exhibition entitled “entitled” collection By embroidery artist ITIBERê Flavia. See more about the artist Website and Instagram.
