The point of sale reported that Mindo-Lemus had finally received a diet of 12 pills to be taken daily. A few days later, she began to undergo contractions, and a few days later, she delivered a stillborn baby to the Ochsner LSU Health – Monroe medical center.

“A pregnant woman lost her baby after Ice refused to give him prenatal care,” said Jayapal. “She begged help and was refused. She was fed on food full of cockroaches. She was forced to sleep on the ground.”

However, Tricia McLaughlin, assistant secretary of the Department of Internal Security, responded to the Jayapal post saying that her claims were “absolutely false”.

According to McLaughlin, Monteroso-Lemus “had complete medical and prenatal care”.

McLaughlin said the DHS had a documentation proving its claims. The DHS did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request to see the documentation.

McLaughlin has also said that Monteroso-Lemus had been arrested several times for child abuse and is sought on an active mandate for homicide.

Abigail Jackson, spokesperson for the White House, also sounded, telling Fox News Digital that “we will call their false stories each time”.

“President Trump’s immigration policies are popular – that is why the American people have elected it. Democrats know that the facts are not on their side, so they resort to lying,” said Jackson.

Neither Jayapal nor the Nashville banner immediately responded to the request for comments from Fox News Digital.
