HHS gives the California deadline to revise the sexual program funded by the federal government

The Trump administration gives the sex education program funded by the Federal Government of California 60 days to remove all references to gender identity or cope with the potential end of its funding.
The subsidy of the Personal Education Program of California has been under control By the Trump administration since at least in March, when the HHS administration for children and families (ACF) asked the state program funded by the federal government to send copies of its program and other courses relevant for examination.
According to ACF, the probe has been launched to ensure that state education programming is medically exact and adapted to age.
The agency declared in a Friday opinion sent to the California preparation program, examined by Fox News Digital, according to which after its examination of the program of study of the program and other educational supports, it found a litany of materials and languages in the course documents deemed not to fall from the “status of authorization of the program”, in particular references to “the ideology of the sexes”. Consequently, ACF said that it had interrupted their examination for “medical precision” because the content it found is not authorized by law in the first place.

“The Trump Administration will not tolerate the use of federal funds for programs that endocate our children,” said ACF interim secretary, Andrew Gradison. “The disturbing content of gender ideology in California’s preparation documents is both unacceptable and well outside the main objective of the program. The ACF remains attached to radical transparency and ensures responsibility so that parents know what their children are taught in schools.”
Among the documents that the ACF has found, that it now wants to be deleted, there was a lesson for students of the college age who seek to present them Transgender concepts.
“We have spoken during the class messages that people have on the way they should act as boys and girls – but as many of you know, there are also people who do not identify themselves like boys or girls, but rather like transgender or sexospecific,” said the lesson to students. “This means that even if they were called a boy or girl at birth and can have body parts who are generally associated with being a boy or a girl, inside, they feel differently.”
ACF has also reported parts of the study program for secondary school students, which is presented in subjects such as differentiation between “social transition” and “medical transition”. Secondary age documents also include instructions on what it means to be “non -binary” and the language that indicates to students “gender identity” is “essentially social status”.
The teacher training equipment as part of the California preparation program was among other aspects of the California sexual study program which was reported by the ACF.
“All people have a gender identity,” said teacher training equipment. They also ask educators to designate the people who follow the biological marker that they are “attributed to birth” as “cisgenre” and add that those who are not “cisgenres” can identify themselves as “non -binary, agender, bigger, genrefluide, (or) genderqueer”.
In the ACF notice, the agency stressed that by virtue of the authorization law which established the California preparation program, it is defined as a program designed to educate young people mainly on abstinence, contraception and avoidance of sexually transmitted infections, such as HIV / AIDS.

“The law does not require, does not maintain or authorize to teach students that gender identity is distinct from organic sex or that boys can identify themselves as girls and vice versa,” the ACF’s opinion said in the states of California PREP.
“We are aware that these programs and other program documents were previously approved by the ACF,” continues the opinion. “However, the previous administration made an error by allowing preparation subsidies to be used to teach students the gender ideology because this approval has exceeded the agency authority to administer the program in accordance with authorized legislation as promulgated by Congress.”

California now has 60 days to eliminate all the references from the genus of its preparation programs and other program documents, then it must return its documents for approval by ACF.
If California fails to make the necessary changes requested by the Trump administration, the agency says it has the power to retain, prohibit, suspend or terminate the federal subsidy which currently finances the California preparation program.
