While the Congress heads towards the deadline of midnight on Tuesday to avoid a closure of the government, the Republicans explode the Democrats for having prioritized “free health care for illegal foreigners” about the payment of American troops, which would miss the check checks if the government firm.
Vice-president JD Vance and the president of the Mike Johnson Chamber, R-La., Accused the head of the Senate minorities, Senator Chuck Schumer, DN.Y., of trying to reintegrate the medical advantages funded by taxpayers for illegal immigrants through the continuous resolution of Democrats of Democrats (CR), a Democrats.
The main request of the Democrats of Congress was an extension of Obamacare tax credits, but among their list of wishes, there is pressure to repeal the health title of the signature legislation of President Donald Trump.
Republicans aimed to eliminate waste, fraud and medical abuses, reforms that included the limitation of states and criminal states that extended health care to illegal immigrants.

“They want illegal extraterrestrials to come to our country and get massive health care at everyone’s price, and we don’t have it. And that is, I would say, the first reason they want to find themselves is to obtain health care of illegal immigrants on Tuesday” because he declared that the Republicans are not responsible for stalling housing.
“Democrats are about to close the government because they demand that we finance health care for illegal foreigners,” said vice-president JD Vance Posted on X Last week. Johnson added on Sunday that Schumer wanted to “restore free health care for illegal foreigners paid by American taxpayers”.

Schumer and Congress Democrats, however, labeled the question of the “republican health care crisis” and placed the burden of a government closure on Trump and the GOP. The best Democrat in the Senate rejected the statements of the Republican that they were trying to authorize illegal immigrants to federal health care before the vote to finance the government.
“They say that undocumented people will get these credits,” said Schumer. “It’s absolutely false. He’s one of the big lies they say.”
The Republicans have grasped the efforts of the Democrats to make the Medicaid reform include in One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) of Trump, who narrowly exceeded the congress this year.

Last week on Truth Social, Trump said, “Democrats want illegal foreigners, including many violent criminals, to receive free health care.”
While many of the provisions they have sought to include in Trump’s colossal bill were nixed by the Senate rules, a provision included in the legislation has limited the eligibility for Medicaid to American citizens and other permanent legal residents, according to the American Medical Association.
This provision has simultaneously prohibited “of legal immigrants previously eligible such as refugees, granted asylum individuals and certain abused spouses and children”, and should take effect on Wednesday, October 1.
The coverage of Medicaid funded by taxpayers for illegal immigrants has long been prohibited, with the exception of the treatment of emergency medical conditions.
The OBBBA has made certain modifications to the Federal Percentage of Medical Assistance (FMAP), which dictates to what extent the federal government corresponds to the financing of states for Medicaid.

Obamacare, on the other hand, has enabled the States to extend their Medicaid populations, the federal government corresponding to 90% of the costs of this extended population. States which have taken this expansion and which also provide funding for health care to illegal immigrants must receive less federal funding under OBBBA, this margin of cost sharing from 90% to 80%.
And although illegal immigrants are not eligible for Medicaid and Medicare, Medicaid’s emergency reimbursements allow hospitals to recover the cost of emergency care for people who would be eligible for Medicaid if they had legal status. Obbba, however, limits these federal dollars to simply allow the part of regular state FMAP.
