Social media broke out through the political spectrum after the federal immigration raid on Thursday in a Hyundai Mega factory in Georgia which led to arrests of around 475 suspects, most of whom were Korean nationals.
The RAID, about 20 miles outside Savannah, was part of a long -term investigation and is one of the many notable site operations that have occurred in the midst of the Trump administration’s immigration. Hyundai officials said they did not think that one of their direct employees had been arrested, but said that “would respect all laws and regulations”.
LG Energy Solution, which also plays a role in the factory, also said that it would work with the authorities.
Some have targeted the fact that the factory was presented by former president Joe Biden, because democratic and republican politicians praised the project as a victory for American manufacturing. We do not think that the EV manufacturing part of the installation was affected, but the battery factory under construction was at the center of the multi-aging effort.

“Even when the Democrats claim to be first in America, they are secretly last. Everything. Time. It’s really incredible,” said scientist Matt Van Swol.
“We, as an American company with legal workers, are still cut off from these mega projects, because we are too expensive. Finally, this problem is solved,” published Maik Peters, CEO of Pitco Engineering.

“It is time to draw the licenses from these construction companies for hiring illegal,” wrote another user.

Others criticized the Trump administration because the South Korean government has also expressed its concerns about the operation.
“Completely incredible. Lunick and Trump boast of bringing South Korea to invest billions in the United States, then to turn around and stop the South Koreans who were temporarily in the United States here to help Hyundai to create a factory in Georgia. The Spepidity Burns,” said writer James Surowiecki.
Representative Nikema Williams, D-GA., Wrote that the raid was an “act of cruelty and injustice” by the Trump administration.
“It would seem that American citizens and legitimate permanent residents were also wrongly detained,” she published. “This administration is actively working to instill fear and chaos within our most marginalized communities. The regular procedure is not optional, it is the law. The administration must follow it and respect the constitutional rights of all affected workers.”

“This is no longer the case under President Trump and Operation Take Back America. I applaud the Trump administration and our courageous law enforcement agents for having taken bold measures for putting American workers first and protecting our communities against the scourge of illegal immigration,” Carter wrote.
“For all those who think they can take jobs to workers and give them to illegal immigrants, take note: not under the Donald Trump watch.”
