A man who pleaded guilty of having tried to kill the judge of the Supreme Court Brett Kavanaugh in 2022 now uses a female name and pronouns, according to a document from the Court filed on Friday.
Nicholas Roske, who is expected to be sentenced next month, uses the name Sophie Roske and an “MME” title for the first time in a judicial file in a case that has extended for three years.
The tribunal file was a routine request in anticipation of Roske’s conviction, which is scheduled for October 3. But the file referred to Roske by the name “Sophia”, while a footnote revealed that Nicholas remains the legal first name of Roske.
“Out of respect for Ms. Roske, the balance of this advocacy and the lawyer’s argument will call him Sophie and use female pronouns,” said the footnote.

Roske arrived at Kavanaugh house June 8, 2022, with a pistol, ammunition, a knife, a doe foot and tactical equipment. Roske finally called 9-1-1 and went after having received a call from his sister and observed the American marshals in front of the Maison de la Justice.
The incident occurred just two weeks before the Supreme Court made its historic decision to cancel Roe v. Wade, an expected decision that had attracted demonstrators to the Supreme Court building and the houses of conservative judges for weeks before.
The Ministry of Justice requires a 30 -year sentence. In a memorandum of determining the sentence, the prosecutors referred to the “mental health problems” that the defendant has for about a decade which included thoughts of violently murder of his sister. He received treatment for problems, of which details were not included in the memorandum.

“While the accused has mental health problems, these problems do not harm the seriousness of the accused’s crime: the defendant sought and targeted several members of the judiciary and intended to modify the composition of the Supreme Court for ideological reasons,” the prosecutors wrote.
The revelation of the switch on the gender label intervenes while the DoJ discussed concerns about transgender people with firearms and as an alleged assassin of conservative activist Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson, was discovered in a romantic relationship with a transgender person. Although the investigation remains open and the authorities still develop an understanding of the reason, the authorities said that Robinson had felt that Kirk spread hatred, which pushed him to carry out the murder.

A spokesperson for the Bureau of Prisons said in a statement to Fox News that the office could not confirm the details of the sex-related treatments Roske could have received.
“For reasons of confidentiality, security and security, the prison office (BOP) does not comment on the confinement conditions for anyone imprisoned, including the state of health information or processing,” said the spokesperson.
