A balanced lifestyle – in the key areas of food, exercise and sleep – is the key to a healthy body and healthy life, according to experts.

“You can be aware of what you put in your mouth, but it is not necessarily the only thing,” said London.

“People will say:” Well, my diet is really good. How is it that I still have a high cholesterol? “Well, you have to look, honestly, what you are not good.”

“If you eat well but you do not exercise, or if you do the exercise and eat well but do not sleep-it is a question of identifying this area where you need improvement to put your physiology in balance,” he continued.

“Everything is connected, and you have to understand where you have the most opportunities.”
