A group of anonymous federal judges criticized the Supreme Court for having canceled the decisions of the lower courts and turning on with the administration of President Donald Trump with little or no explanation, NBC News reported on Thursday.
NBC spoke with 12 federal judges, appointed by democratic and republican presidents, including Trump, who underlined the trend in decisions of the lower courts canceled by the high court emergency decisions. These cases often see eminent members of the Trump administration to unleash the judges of the lower courts before their affairs are canceled.
Ten of the 12 judges argued that the Supreme Court should offer more explanations when they cancel such decisions, saying that emergency decisions in such cases involve poor work on the part of the judges of the lower courts.
“It is inexcusable,” said a judge about the Supreme Court. “They don’t have their backs.”

This judge also said he received death threats for making decisions that countertrup. Trump himself and some of his senior officials denounced the judges rendering the decisions unfavorable.
When judge James Boasberg sought to block the expulsion flights from the administration to El Salvador, Trump argued that he should be “dismissed” on social networks.
When various judges made decisions blocking the Trump pricing agenda in March, the deputy chief of staff of the White House, Stephen Miller, argued that it was a “judicial coup”.

The judge who described the actions of the Supreme Court as inexcusable predicted that “someone will die” if the criticism of the main officials of Trump continues, according to NBC.
Another judge said that the lower courts were “thrown under the bus”.
“It is almost as if the Supreme Court said that it is a” judicial coup “,” said a third judge at the point of sale.
A fourth judge, however, appointed by President Barack Obama, conceded that several judges were out of words with their decisions against Trump.

“Admittedly, there is a strong feeling in the judiciary among the judges who declare on these cases that the court lets them dry,” continued the judge. “They are partially right to feel the way they feel.”
