After incessant criticism from the United Nations, the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) supported by the United States is again targeted by NGOs, even though it delivered its 155 million meals to the Gazans on Saturday.
Doctors Without Borders, known by its French acronym MSF,, launched advertisements criticizing the GHF. The Meta advertising library shows that in August, it has disseminated several Facebook advertisements targeting the Foundation. A reading announcement,, “It is not an aid. It is an orchestrated murder.” Another said: “During the 54 years of MSF, we have rarely seen such levels of systemized violence.”
The two allegations are taken from an article of August 6 on the MSF website in which the director general Raquel Ayora describes the accounts received from the patients who would have been injured around GHF sites. Ayora says that the help seekers said they witnessed “children slaughtered in the chest while looking for food. People are crushed or stifled in jostles. Entire crowds have shot down the distribution points.”
GHF spokesperson Chapin Fay described MSF’s accusations, “false and shameful”, saying that it is “to amplify a disinformation campaign orchestrated by the Ministry of Health of Gaza linked to Hamas. They know better. By repeating these lies, they do not help civilians, they help Hamas.”
While the group supported by the United States offers millions of meals, the UN and NGOs are fighting to discredit Gaza Aid Rival

“No civilian has ever been shot on any of our distribution sites,” FAX News Digital told Fox.
Fay said that “almost every day, the Nasser Hospital issues false relationships to the media of civilians killed near our sites, based solely on the testimony of others. No MSF doctor has ever witnessed an incident near our sites. Any conflict between Israel and Hamas, sometimes several kilometers away, the Ministry of Health of Gaza is linked to GHF.”
In response to questions about the question of whether MSF employees have witnessed injuries or deaths on first-hand GHF sites, a spokesperson told Fox News Digital: “MSF has documented the impacts of violence and chaos on GHF sites in Gaza, based on the medical accounts of our staff and our patients on two clinical sites.”
MSF refused to answer questions about the amount of money he spent on advertisements targeting GHF, or if he pleaded for medical care for Israeli hostages taken by Hamas.

The MSF spokesperson added: “In the last 22 months, humanitarian organizations working in Gaza and in the West Bank have always been confronted Campaign fracture. “”
The BBC is forced to correct the report claiming that Gazan died of malnutrition
Although there is an increasing outcry on the alleged violence near the GHF sites, the United Nations reports indicate that there have been twice as much death surrounding convoys of humanitarian aid (576) as deaths around GHF sites (259) between July 21 and August 18.
An office of the United Nations for the coordination of the update of humanitarian affairs of the States of August, there were 1,889 deaths near the assistance sites between May 27 and August 18, 1,025 “near the militarized distribution sites” and 864 “along the supply routes”. As of July 21, the UN News reported that there had been 1,054 deaths on food distribution sites, with 766 sites near GHF sites, and 288 near the UN and humanitarian aid convoys.

The United Nations Human Rights Office did not respond to a request to confirm these figures at the time of the press.
In the midst of tensions between the GHF and the humanitarian aid organizations, Fay said that GHF had nevertheless provided MSF in early August after asking for help “protect their medical aid from elements”. A GHF position on X from August 7 has shown that what he said is MSF help pallets in GHF care. MSF did not respond to the Fox News Digital request to confirm that they asked for help from the GHF with their supplies.
According to Fay, when GHF staff were brought to Nasser hospital after an attack on Hamas in June, they did not receive care for MSF staff.
The written statement of a GHF employee provided to Fox News Digital describes how injured workers were taken to Nasser hospital, where doctors refused to treat them. The witness said the survivors had been placed in a courtyard, where hospital staff prompted other people to beat them. A GHF employee would have been stabbed.
While Israel is faced with the blame for the hunger crisis in Gaza, UN’s own data show that most of its aid is looted
“Three other GHF staff members died due to their lack of treatment by Nasser Hospital. MSF doctors work there, but say they were not aware of the situation,” said Fay.
In a report of August 25 following the Israeli bombing of Nasser Hospital, MSF said that it “had been operational in Nasser since before the conflict improved in October 2023, providing trauma and burn care, physiotherapy, neonatal and pediatric services and treatment for malnourished children, among other critical services.”
The Foundation for the Defense of Democracies has reported several times since October 2023 that Hamas fighters operated from Nasser Hospital. On August 26, the main research analyst of the FDD, Joe Truzman, shared photos on X of two Hamas summons which would have ordered people to come to the Nasser hospital for interrogation.
MSF did not answer questions concerning GHF employees who did not receive care or if its Nasser hospital staff were aware of Hamas operations on the site.

In an online declaration on the incident, MSF said that it “had not seen any credible evidence that health care was refused by the Ministry of Health or other medical staff.” The group also said that “MSF staff have not been present in the Nasser Hospital Emergency Service since 2024.”
