Keaton graduated from Santa Ana High School in 1963 before moving to New York to begin her legendary show business career.

As for having a day named in her honor, the council member Jesse Lopez TMZ says that would follow the process. According to Lopez, a council member would have to request this item, and they would have to find out who in Diane’s family/inner circle would receive the announcement in her name.
