Senator’s new book Eric Schmitt details the potential plan to beat Democrats in court

NEWYou can now listen to Fox News articles!

First on Fox: A Senate republican has developed a plan for the way conservatives can face the Democrats in court and win.

Before he was in Washington, DC, the senator Eric SchmittR-MO. was a prosecutor general of the Missouri at the start of the COVVI-19 pandemic. And during this time, he brought a legal action after the trial contesting the Biden administration, Dr Anthony Fauci and even to prosecute China.

And most often, whether by discovering differences during the discovery process or by winning colonies of several billion dollars, Schmitt above all managed to question the democratic “laws”.

“The fact is that what our fights were, consisted in restoring individual freedom and withdrawing the extent of the government,” Schmitt told Fox News Digital in an interview. “What the left is trying to do now with their lawyer was, number one, they try to put their opponents in prison, but also to defend the extent of the government, to defend the administrative state. And I think that if we have the right arguments, we can win.”

Schmitt detailed how to secure these winning arguments thanks to his own experiences in his latest book “The final line of defense: how to beat the left in court.”

Shake "The final line of defense: how to beat the left in court" by senator Eric Schmitt

In his new book, Senator Eric Schmitt, R-Mo., Détones how, during his time as a general prosecutor of the Missouri, he faced the Biden administration, and even China, in what was going to become a “game book” to contest the left in court. (Broadside books)

He described the book as “a field manual of the front lines of the battles which were fought against the left law machine”. Indeed, Schmitt described a guide for attorney general across the country in order to meet the challenges at all levels, from the local to the federal.

“Our gaming book is really … Really in response to their game book, to create a manufactured emergency, a real or manufactured emergency, to aggregate power, to exercise it in a way that has never been imagined to other people who do not agree and to silence the dissident,” said Schmitt. “That’s what they really tried to do.”

In some cases, he went beyond the country’s borders and continued a foreign country, as Schmitt did in China. He argued in the book that the Chinese Communist Party had refused information on the COVVI-19 virus, and actively hobby high quality personal protective equipment (EPI) while producing and selling lower quality PPE for the rest of the world. This case led to a possible judgment of $ 24 billion earlier this year.

From there, Schmitt challenged the former president Joe Biden Cancellation plan for student loan debt by concentrating his file on a local student loan service company, a plan that was finally blocked by the Supreme Court a few months from the first year of Schmitt as a legislator in 2023.

Through all of this, the pandemic was the “inflection point,” said Schmitt, and his greatest target has become Fauci.

He had the opportunity to deposit Fauci, who was the former director of the National Institute of Infectious Allergies and Diseases (NIAID) and Medical Advisor to Biden, as part of his trial with regard to censorship and abolition by social media platforms like Facebook.

“He wanted to silence anyone who talked about the laboratory flight,” said Schmitt. “Which, of course, we know that is exactly what it was now. It was not a bat coupling with a penguin, you know, it was in fact at the Wuhan Virology Institute is where this thing comes from.”

Schmitt, who is a fan of the judge of the Supreme Court Clarence Thomas and the late Judge Antonin Scalia – in particular the use by Scalia of Originism, or interpreting the Constitution as it was written rather than as a living document – noted in the book that there was a “complete change” in the courts.

In particular, the conservative sense judges have a majority of the Supreme Court, and the courts across the country are filled, although slowly, with the choices of President Donald Trump.

When he was asked if he was concerned about the fact that partisan policy came to the bench, Schmitt countered that the courts returned to a legal system which had been “disturbed by the progressive era, starting with Woodrow Wilson and the rise of the administrative state, FDR, which threatened to pack the court”.

“The Constitution means exactly what it says, nothing more, nothing less, just like our laws,” he said. “They mean what they say, nothing more, nothing less.”

“I do not want a judge necessarily agree with my policy,” he continued. “I just want a judge to adhere to the Constitution.”
