D4vd transfers texas homes to mother’s name

D4vd He makes some real estate moves while the cops investigate the death of a 14-year-old Celeste Rivas, whose decomposing body was found in a Tesla…he moved two of his homes in Texas to his mother.

According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the singer transferred the title deeds to two residences he owns in the Houston area under the guardianship of his mother.

D4vd made the changes on September 18 and 22…and the 18th was the same day the cops were called to one of his homes for a beating. The caller, who was apparently using a device to disguise his voice, falsely reported a shooting and a dead victim.

Apparently his parents and siblings actually live in one of the houses… When the cops came to call the police, his parents answered the door and told the police that D4vd’s younger brother and sister were upstairs.

As we reported….LAPD executed a search warrant at the rented house in Los Angeles where D4vd was living on September 17.
