The Tom Homan border tsar criticized the legislators for criticizing the conditions of “Alligator Alcatraz” – the country’s new detention center – while remaining “silent” on the number of death migrants under former president Joe Biden.

“Alligator Alcatraz”, which was built in swamps filled with alligator from the Florida Everglades to dissuade the escapees, has made a meticulous examination on its conditions, its distant location and its potential environmental impact. Critics wondered if the site was safe, human or suitable for long -term detention.

Homan, however, said that the center still responds to the directives under the forces of American immigration and customs and maintains the “highest” standards in the industry.

“Prisoners complain about the conditions of detention,” said Homan during an appearance on “State of the Union” on CNN on Sunday. “You can simply go to ice. GOV and look at the standards of detention that ice has. They have the highest standards of detention in the industry, but these same members of the Congress complain of” Alligator Alcatraz “” “” “” Alligator Alcatraz ”

Homan argued that the legislators condemning the installation were significantly absent when the deaths of migrants increased within the framework of the Biden administration.

According to customs data and the protection of American borders obtained by Fox News, 856 migrants died trying to cross the southern border for the 2022 fiscal year – the greatest number ever recorded at the time.

“You have not seen them complain, under the Biden administration, people detained in a border patrol car park surrounded by a fence and stifling heat,” said Homan. “They have ignored four years of open borders, deaths of historic migrants, historic Americans who die fentanyl, a historical number of women and children being sex trafficking.”

The Tsar border said that half a million children had been treated in the country during the presidency of Biden – a crisis which, according to him, was not strongly criticized – and said that the administration under President Donald Trump had done more to locate these children.

“You have not heard a word of about half a million children who were treated in the country and they could not locate 300,000,” said Homan. “President Trump, this administration, finds thousands of these children.”

Homan said that legislators who had not put pressure on a stronger border security remained “silent because they are accomplices” of the crises which took place under the Biden administration.

“You cannot have strong national security in this country if we have no border security,” said Homan. “We have learned who happens, what comes, where it comes from. But, instead, they have kept silent and they continued to feed the American people.”
