The biggest scenario of Dallas cowboys from the training camp so far is the contractual situation of Micah Parsons, and more importantly, when the owner and managing director Jerry Jones pays.

And as much as Parsons would love a new extension, it seems that cowboys fans are in the same boat.

During the training camp opened on Saturday, Jones addressed the crowd of fans, and there was “Pay Micah!” The songs have heard, according to a video published by The Athletic.

While the fans sang, Jones tried to highlight everything that the team has done to strengthen the list this year, including the addition of the wide receiver with George Pickens having trade with the Pittsburgh Steelers.

“I was shocked last year when we ended up with the record we had,” said Jones. “I have never seen it coming … I want you to look at what we did in the fields on which we had to work. Look at what we did in this offensive line. Look at what we have done, if you want, with our receiver core. Look at what we do with our defense.

“Lots of changes here. Lots of coaching changes. Lots of players’ changes.”

Fans, however, look at the big elephant in the field of Cowboys in Parsons, the choice of the team of the team from 2021 which must be contractual after being formed as one of the best defensive players in the League.

Parsons will play its 2025 season on a fifth year option, which cowboys easily resumed before the year. After this year, Startons would be a free agent unless the Cowboys franchise marks it, which can always become disorderly.

Parsons was vocal this off -season of his contract, affirming in June that a delay in the signing finally cost the team more. Then, the Cleveland Browns signed Myles Garrett to a long -term extension worth 40 million dollars, which finally led the Steelers to Pittsburgh to also give TJ Watt an extension of $ 41 million per year.

Parsons hinted at these agreements when they discuss his thoughts last week, saying he wanted the cowboys to have the “same type of energy” as other organizations that locked their stars defensive players.

“If they don’t want me here, they don’t want me here,” said Parsons, via The New York Post. “I’m going to do my business. I understand the nature of the business. As I said, as long as I am here and under contract, I will do what I have to do to play at the highest level. But if it’s the end, it’s the end.”

“I just don’t understand,” added Parsons about his situation.

Parsons is not a reservoir at the moment, because he was in the Dallas camp. However, he was not a complete participant due to the waterproofing of the back.

Penn State’s product has been announced since it broke into the NFL, collecting 52.5 bags during its four years carrying the star on its helmet.
