A witness during a conference hearing concerning unidentified air phenomena (UAP) abandoned an explosive allegation: in 1982, the Russians would have panicked on an unidentified flight object (UFO).

George Knapp, an investigative journalist, testified on Tuesday before a house surveillance subcommittee heard that, in the 1990s, he obtained Soviet documents indicating a UFO almost sparked the Second World War. According to Knapp, he obtained documents showing that an incident involving UFOs in 1982 almost launched Russia of intercontinental ballistic missiles, also known as ICBMS.

“There was an incident in October 1982 on an ICBM basis where the UFOs appeared, was observed on this basis, where the missiles are pointed out to us, the United States,” KNAPP told the Chamber’s supervisory committee “The working group on the declassification of federal secrets”.

“These UFOs are making incredible maneuvers,” Knapp said. “They separated, they merge together, they appear and disappear. And just at the end of this four -hour period, the launching codes for the ICBMs were on. Something entered the correct codes. The missiles were drawn and ready to get started, and they could not close them.”

Knapp said that Russian officers began to “panic”, but UFOs disappeared quickly and that the launch control systems returned to normal.

Staff at the time could not understand what caused the problem, he said. Knapp said that the staff did not blame the EMP (electromagnetic impulses), neither power overvoltages, nor offer “Bologna apologies that the United States has given for similar events involving our nuclear missiles”. On the contrary, he said, they thought it was a message from where the UFOs came.

“This is a scary. I mean, it was. We were a few seconds from the start of the Second World War, and the UFOs were responsible for it,” said Knapp.

In addition to Knapp, several soldiers in active service and former American soldiers shared their experiences with the UAPS.

The American Air Force veteran, Jeffrey Nuccetelli, described what is now known as Vandenberg Red Square, a famous incident in which a UAP was seen on the basis of the spatial force of Vandenberg in California in 2003, then called Vandenberg Air Force base before the foundation of American spatial force. Nuccetelli recalled having heard the chaos taking place on the radio. His friend shouted: “It happens to us! It comes well to us!” A few moments later, he said he had heard them say that the object “shot down and was done”.

In addition, chef Alexandro Wiggins, an American navy officer in active service who testified in his personal title, recalled what is called the “TIC TAC” incident. He testified that the UAP had shown no “conventional propulsion signature” when the scene is released.

Although it is not clear where these objects come from, certain legislators on the The house surveillance committee The working group is curious to know why they were hidden from the American people. Several have required more transparency on UAPS issues.
