US lawyer Erik Siebert is expelled from his role as a principal prosecutor of the Oriental District of Virginia, a decision that takes place while some officials of the Trump administration seek to carry accusations in this district against the Prosecutor General of New York Letitia James.
Siebert’s perceived reluctance to carry accusations against James, one of Trump’s main political voids, is the main reason for his evidence, according to several sources that have spoken to Fox News.
Siebert, who has been working in the Virginie Oriental District since 2010, has not yet been confirmed in the Senate and was on the right track. Now, according to one of the sources, the White House told Siebert to resign or to be dismissed.

A banker of housing and finance familiar with the investigation into James told Fox News that the mortgage fraud case against it was viable and that it was under surveillance for, in at least one case, declaring an investment building that it has as main or secondary residence, which would give it better loan conditions.
Siebert refused to comment on the news of his evidence.
The Virginia Oriental District is one of the most watched American lawyer’s offices in the country, known after the September 11 terrorist attacks for having succeeded in continuing Zacarias Moussaoui, which purges life prison for its role in attacking attacks.
The Virginie Oriental District has since been an essential office for national security cases and the fight against terrorism.
ABC News First reported the Trump administration’s plans to dismiss Siebert.

US Pardon prosecutor Ed Martin was authorized by Prosecutor General Pam Bondi to lead the investigation into James. Martin’s unique lawyer to be DCUS was withdrawn this year among the concerns of certain Republicans about his lack of experience.
In a letter to Martin last month, James’ lawyer Abbe Lowell said that he did not think that Martin “conducts a serious investigation or a revision of” mortgage fraud “, and that, despite the lack of evidence or the law, you will take all the measures you invited to take to compensate for President Trump and the General Bonddi prosecutor for this reason.”
Fox News contacted James’s lawyer to comment. The White House and the MJ refused to comment.
