Club for Growth Pac approves Blackburn for the Governor of Tennessee in 2026

First on the fox – A leading conservative organization which has long been a major player in the primary battles of the Republican party puts its weight behind the Marsha Blackburn Senator while it presents itself for the governor of Tennessee.

The Club for Growth Pac approves Blackburn, which faces representative John Rose in the primary of republican governor of 2026 in the reliable red Tennessee. The winner of the general elections of next year will succeed in the governor of the GOP limited term Bill Lee.

“Senator Marsha Blackburn is a proven leader who has devoted her career to the public service, fighting every day to protect individual freedoms and the financial well-being of Tennesseens through the State,” said club president David McIntosh, in a statement that was shared first with Fox News Digital.

McIntosh noted that “in the United States Senate, Blackburn defended tax reductions, eliminated heavy regulations and is a free support for school freedom”.

The Club for Growth stressed that Blackburn, which is one of the main allies of President Donald Trump’s Senate, is a seven -time winner of the organization of Economic Freedom Award of the organization.

The group boasts that it is the largest conservative Super PAC in the country and that in the 2024 cycle, candidates approved by the club for growth won 79% of their elections.

Blackburn in 2018 became the first woman elected to the Senate of Tennessee. Last November, she won her re -election of 29 points in a state that moved more and more to the right.

If Blackburn wins the elections of governors of next year, she would again make history, as the first woman governor of the State.
