On June 12, an eminent billionaire from India, Sunjay Kapur, died suddenly at the age of 53 in Windsor, England, according to several reports.

Kapur was the president of Sona Comstar, a manufacturer of Indian car components.

His close friend, Commercial Consultant SUHEL SETH, confirmed Kapur’s death in an article on X on the same day.

“Deeply saddened by the death of @Sunjaykapur: he died earlier during the day in England: a terrible loss and the greatest condolences to his family and his colleagues @sonacomstar … OM Shanti,” Seth wrote.

In the following days, it was revealed that Kapur died by playing the polo shirt. Several points of sale said that he had collapsed after swallowing a bee in the middle of the match, potentially triggering a fatal heart attack.

No official source of the billionaire confirmed that one bee had caused the heart attack. Fox News Digital contacted Sona Comstar to comment.

“It is not possible to comment on a specificity on this particular case without an in -depth examination of criminalic,” said Dr. Nishant Kalra, Ohio cardiologist and regional chief of Vitalsolution – an Ingnovis health company which offers cardiovascular and anestheology services to hospitals – at Fox News Digital.

The swallowing of a bee can, in very rare cases, precipitate a heart attack, he confirmed-“but only by specific mechanisms”.

The main risk is not the act of swallowing itself, but of the possibility of a honeycomb to the upper airway or the oropharynx (the part of the mouth which includes the back of the tongue, the tonsils and the soft palate), which can introduce the venom into the body, according to the Kalra.

If the individual is allergic, this can trigger anaphylaxis, which can cause “deep hypotension, arrhythmia or even acute coronary syndromes”, said Kalra – a phenomenon called Kounis syndrome.

This syndrome can result from a coronary event (any unfavorable medical event linked to coronary arteries, which provide blood in the heart) occurring in combination with anaphylactic or allergic reactions.

This may have a risk even for people who do not have a pre -existing coronary disease.

The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology notes that cardiac anaphylaxis can cause a reduced blood flow to the heart (myocardial ischemia) and irregular cardiac beats (arrhythmias) when they are triggered by an allergy to the venine of insects.

However, these cases are incredibly rare, according to experts.

“The general population should not be concerned about this as a common risk,” Kapur told Fox News Digital. “Mortal cardiac events after bee bites are rare and generally occur in people with known hypersensitivity of venom or underlying heart disease.”

Most bee stings, even in oropharynx, cause local reactions, although compromise of the airways is a concern if significant swelling occurs, he added.

Those who experience allergic symptoms after a bite should consult an immediate doctor.
