Buddy Hield from Warriors expresses the disappointment of Colosseum

The Golden State Warriors Buddy Hield goalkeeper was not entertained during his visit to the Colosseum in Rome.

Hield was in a NBA summer league match to watch the young players on the Warriors list facing Utah Jazz on Sunday evening. The Warriors won the 103-93 match, but it was Hield’s comments on his trip to Italy that caught the attention of the Internet.

Hield said he saw “Gladiator 2” with Paul Mescal and Denzel Washington and didn’t think it was as good as the first with Russell Crowe and Joaquin Phoenix.

Hield is about to enter his second season with the Warriors. He joined the team before the start of the 2024-25 season as part of a six-team business with the 76ers of Philadelphia. He has an average of 11.1 points per match and pulled 41.7% on the field.

He played in the 82 games, which came out mainly from the bench.

Hield was a member of the NBA All-Rookie team when he broke into the League. He started with the Pélicans of New Orleans but was exchanged to the Kings of Sacramento during his recruit year. He also played with the Indiana Pacers.
