The effort occurs while Bondi and the Trump administration have sought to reverse some of the Biden administration’s efforts in criminal justice reform for certain criminals, and rather highlighted the priority of violent crimes and the reduction of the worst offenders of the country.
Although a switching cannot be fully reversed, officials of the Ministry of Justice have declared to Fox News Digital, Bondi prioritized the means to penalize these people, in coordination with the directives of Trump, and to ensure that “confinement conditions” are “in accordance with the safety risks which are present because of their criminal crimes, criminal history and all other relevant considerations previous renown.
The eight detainees sent to ADX this week were each guilty of first degree murder in the federal jurisdiction.

Another was found guilty of having removed, stolen and murdered a 51 -year -old local bank president by attaching it to a concrete block and the chain, and throwing it out of a bridge and in a lake.

ADX is the only real federal prison “Supermax” in the United States, and its detainees are as notorious as the reputation of the prison. Among them, Ramzi Yousef, condemned in the 1993 World Trade Center attack; Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, one of the bomber from the Boston marathon; The former chief of the Cartel of Sinola Joaquín Guzmán, or “El Chapo”; and Mamdouh Mahmud Salim, co-founder of Al-Qaeda.
“The decision of President Biden to commute the death sentences of these monsters has shown an odious contempt for our judicial system and a total lack of respect for the families of the victims already suffering by immense loss,” said Attorney General Pam Bondi in a statement to Fox News Digital.

Shortly after his confirmation as a prosecutor general, Bondi issued a service note aimed at “restoring a measure of justice” to the families of the victims.
The measures granted by Biden aroused more criticism than former President Barack Obama: as Fox News reported at the time, the vast majority of Obama Clémence’s actions focused on the shuttle of federal prisoners who met certain criteria described under Clémence’s initiative of his administration.
Bondi welcomed the families of victims earlier this year to hear their concerns about switching, said the DoJ. Some said that they had been amazed by the eleventh hour switches and that they had not been mentioned by the Biden administration.
