Blake Lively I got the score this week in the drama that never ends Justin Baldoni …The defamation suit brought against her by a troubled PR firm has just been thrown out of court on jurisdictional grounds.
Here’s the deal… Good Wallace His company, Street Affairs Inc., sued Blake in February 2025 after she named both parties, along with Baldoni, in her civil rights complaint in California in December 2024 for misconduct related to the filming of “It Ends With Us.”

The lawsuit was filed in Texas… but according to new legal documents obtained by TMZ, it was dismissed for lack of personal jurisdiction. Translation: The judge ruled that Wallace had not proven that the Texas court had the authority to handle the case.
Blake’s rep tells TMZ… “With this decision, all retaliation claims against Blake Lively by Justin Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios, and their crisis communications and digital teams have been dismissed. Ms. Lively will have her day in court regarding her allegations in her March trial in New York.”
But Blake has also faced legal setbacks…just last week, a judge dismissed Blake’s claims in her lawsuit against Jade that he helped smear her online reputation during the release of “It Ends With Us.” The judge ruled that Blake’s attorney should not file a lawsuit against Jedd in New York because his company is based in Austin, Texas, and he has little connection to the Big Apple.
It’s not clear if Wallace plans to refile the lawsuit in a different state. We’ve reached out to Wallace and his PR firm… and have yet to hear back.
