Five different “palm cards”, which are hand -cut notes cards, frequently used by politicians for rapid reminders or discussion points during public events, in particular on the campaign track, were discovered in the middle of a survey on national archive documents linked to the use by the administration of Biden of an autopen, and obtained by Fox News Digital.

It is not clear if Biden relied on each of the cards during the various public events.
