A high level advisor to the former president Joe Biden would have labeled the presence of Hunter Biden during an appeal concerning the historical decision of the Supreme Court according to which the former presidents have a certain immunity against “inappropriate” proceedings, according to a new book.

The book, “2024: How Trump took over the White House and the Democrats Lost America”, was published on Tuesday and tells how Biden’s team rejected the concerns about his age during the 2024 electoral cycle, as well as the way President Donald Trump won his victory.

The book said that the chief of staff of the Blanche de Biden, Jeff Zients, coordinated a video call with Key Biden employees, including the lawyer for the White House Ed Siskel, the communications director Ben Labolt, the main advisor Mike Donilon and others to discuss Biden’s decision of the Supreme Court in July 2024 of the Supreme Court.

While Donilon had already written a written statement, Biden wanted to talk about the question on the camera, says the book. Call employees began to chop details of such an appearance, when Biden’s son began to ring the call.

“Suddenly, an unidentified voice has signed the Biden screen and recommended an oval office address,” said the book. “At the beginning, some aids did not know who spoke. It quickly became clear that the voice belonged to Hunter Biden, that the White House staff did not know was on the call. Siskel expressed some concern about the appearance of the use of the oval office.”

“Hunter has resumed:” It is one of the most substantial decisions that the Supreme Court has ever taken. “He said that his father had the right to use the powerful images of the oval office to transmit this message,” said the book. “They then settled on the cross hall, the long corridor on the first floor of the White House. After the end of the call, Siskel told his colleagues. The presence of Hunter was inappropriate.”

Biden finally gave a brief speech responding to the decision of the Supreme Court and made no question of the press, according to the suggestion of his son, said the book.

Siskel and a spokesperson for Biden did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital Comment Requests.

On July 1, 2024, the Supreme Court issued a decision of 6 to 3 in Trump c. United States that former presidents have significant immunity from prosecution for acts that they have committed officially. The case made its way to the Supreme Court after Trump faced charges from the Jack Smith council investigation to find out if Trump was involved in January 6, 2021, Capitol Riot and embarked on any other alleged interference.

Trump pleaded not guilty to all the accusations and said that a former president could not face a prosecution without a dismissal of the Chamber and a conviction in the Senate.

The book “2024” is one of the many that have been published this year, detailing the mental deterioration of Biden during his mandate and how Trump won the elections. He is written by Josh Dawsey of the Wall Street Journal, Tyler Pager of the New York Times and Isaac Arnsdorf of the Washington Post.

Another book covering similar equipment is “original SIN: the decline of President Biden, its concealment and its disastrous choice to run again”, published on May 20.

Fox News Digital was largely written dating from the 2020 presidential campaign on Biden’s cognitive decline and the alleged role of his inner circle to cover it.

According to Dawsey, Hunter Biden’s participation in his father’s affairs as president was not out of the ordinary during the stay of the former president.

“What we discovered during the report for our book is that Hunter Biden (was) a major figure in the president’s orbit,” said Dawsey in a Sunday interview with “this week” of ABC. “He was often on these calls, he was approaching calls, he helped him make campaign decisions, and the president was very concerned about his son. He was one of the things that was an albatrosur on him while he was trying to present himself to the re -election.”
