“I use it to get legal advice, so when I need to know the answer to a question, I take a picture, take it and put it there,” she admitted.

Oh boy…well, the good news for Kim is that she can take back the California bar as much as she can. She passed the “Children’s Test” – the exam for first-year law students – after her fourth attempt in 2021.
The California State Exam is a grueling two-day exam, consisting of 5 1-hour essay questions, a 90-minute performance test, and 200 multiple-choice questions. It is one of the toughest exams in the country, with a pass rate for the July 2024 exam of 53.8%.
