TMZ Sports I got the counterclaim on Friday, where… Christopher Blake Griffith He denied the allegations made by Diggs in the defamation lawsuit he filed in October, in which the football star claimed the social media influencer made up allegations about an incident that occurred at Diggs’ home in Maryland on May 22, 2023.
Griffith claims that that night, he and Diggs went to several clubs around Washington, D.C., and at some point, Chris repeatedly ate “candy” that Stephon gave him. Soon after, he says he began to feel confused and believed the candy contained a drug or other substance.
According to Griffith, they left the lounge in Diggs’ Porsche, and upon arriving at Stephon’s house, Diggs “exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith” and began masturbating.
Griffith claims he told Diggs to “put his penis away” and got out of the car and walked to Diggs’ door. He said Diggs approached him and tried to kiss him, but he rejected him. Griffith claims that Stephon stuck his tongue in his ear and whispered to him to come to his room.
Once inside, Griffith said, he hid in the bathroom for 45 minutes. He claims that when he went outside, two women threatened him and Diggs’ younger brother, Darez, and told him to keep quiet about the incident. Griffiths claims they then accused him of stealing items from the house, stripped him naked, and physically assaulted him.
One week later, he said, he was attacked outside his Los Angeles apartment and seriously injured. The alleged assault was captured on video, and Griffith says Darez was one of the attackers.
Griffith also claims that Diggs made numerous false and defamatory statements about him on his Instagram account.
Griffith is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages.
