First on Fox: A transgender illegal foreigner is accused of rape for children in the New York sanctuary city, according to the Ministry of Internal Security.

DHS told Fox News Digital that the illegal foreigner, Nicol Alexandra counteras-Suarez, a Colombian biological man who identifies himself as a woman, is responsible for rape of a minor and harassment.

According to the agency, Cours-Suarez was arrested by customs and the protection of American border to illegally enter the country in San Ysidro, California, in March 2023. Contreras-Suarez was released in the country as part of the “Catch and Release” policy of the Biden administration, and then committed several crimes in American communities.

Contreras-Suarez had been arrested by the Medford police department in Massachusetts for armed robbery, prostitution and assault with a dangerous weapon. However, “due to local sanctuary policies,” said DHS, Contreas-Suarez was released again.

Contreas-Suarez is now faced with criminal charges in New York for the first degree rape of a child under the age of 17 and harassment. Contreras-Suarez has a preliminary criminal audience in New York this week and should make its case heard by the Supreme Court of New York on September 10.

The agency said that “the horrible and avoidable crime of Counteras-Suarez illustrates the consequences of the Biden administration and sanctuary and sanctuary policies.

Commenting on the arrest, the assistant secretary of the DHS, Tricia McLaughlin, deplored that “this flipper should never have been released in our country”.

“Thanks to the failure of the sanctuary policies and the agenda of Biden in freeness, this series criminal was released to tackle the American innocent children-but it ends now,” she said.

Ice filed an immigration detainee against Courseras-Suarez in February. He is currently in detention at I Island Rikers prison in New York until his next hearing.

This occurs while American immigration and customs application are faced with intense criticism for its repression against illegal immigration and as officers dealing with an 830% increase in attacks.

Although the agency has declared that it would not recede the arrest of immigrants who are illegally in the country, the new DHS press release indicates that the vast majority of those arrested so far have criminal charges or convictions. Despite the allegations of certain Democrats that ice targets innocent immigrant communities, 70% of the agency’s arrests were illegal foreigners ordered from crimes.

The DHS has called one of the illegal criminal “worst” illegal “worse”, which he has stopped in his national scan.

“Ice will not allow predators like Counterras-Suarez to terrorize American citizens,” said McLaughlin.
