An illegal Mexican extraterrestrial living in Los Angeles was accused of orchestrating his own false “kidnapping” ice to generate sympathy and request donations, the Ministry of Justice announced Thursday.
Yuriana Julia Pelaez Calderon, 41, resident of South Los Angeles, was accused of conspiracy and false statements to federal officers, the DoJ said.
Calderon lived in the United States on the basis of a federal conditional law enforcement of the law which expired in 2023. She is in federal detention after having allegedly simulated her kidnapping.
It comes after Ktla local outlet reported on a press conference held by Calderon’s “relatives and lawyers”, who said she was “kidnapped” by uniform men in unmarked cars on June 25.

According to an affidavit filed in a criminal complaint against the Mexican illegal Yuriana Julia Pelaez Calderon, an HSI investigator determined that these photos provided to the investigators were probably “created to make believe that Calderon was in detention and that she had been mistreated during their stay”. The point of sale reported that a woman identified as a lawyer named Stephano Medina said that Calderon had been cornered in a Jack in the Box parking lot in Los Angeles by men who had not identified themselves but who were perhaps bonus hunters. Medina said that Calderon had been taken to the border and presented to a “ice staff member”, who demanded that she are signing self-disabled papers.
Medina said that when Calderon refused to sign the documents, she was taken to a warehouse until she agreed to sign the document.
Fox News Digital obtained a copy of the criminal complaint against Calderon, which was filed before the American district court for the California central district. An affidavit filed with the complaint alleys that Calderon and others “planned a hoax abduction” for their profit “, including their own pecuniary gain”.
The Affidavit said that Calderon’s daughter created a GoFundme page to collect $ 4,500 after her mother was “taken by masked men in an unmarked vehicle”.

According to an affidavit included in a criminal complaint against Calderon, an HSI investigator examined surveillance images that showed him “head for a parked Nissan sedan. Calderon placed the bag she was carrying in the rear seat of the Nissan, then opened the door of the passenger car and I am not looking at Calderon at a normal pace, and I am not in normal.” (American Department of Justice)
The daughter has submitted a person who has disappeared to the Los Angeles police service, who informed surveys on internal security (HSI) of the supposed removal of Calderon.
HSI determined that Calderon was not in the custody of the DHS and, for the sake of its security, the agency launched its own investigation to find it. During the survey, HSI noticed several irregularities, in particular that the telephone calls to relatives that Calderon would have made via borrowed phones were made on his mobile phone, intentionally masked to appear as an unknown number.
According to the affidavit, the video surveillance of the alleged forced abduction of Calderon showed him calmly leaving the jack parking lot in the case and going up in a neighboring sedan. Despite the video showing a lapd car marked in the surroundings, Calderon did not attempt any administration of the officers that she was in danger.
Affidavit stipulates that “when faced with real information that contradicted their removal story”, Calderon and others have lied to federal agents and “tried to thwart the efforts to apply the law” keeping where the police are located.

According to an affidavit included in the criminal complaint against Calderon, this photo, which, according to the affidavit, seems to show Calderon on the left, was taken around 4:40 p.m. at the Bakersfield shopping center, California, while it was missing, which led the investigators to suspect that the abduction was a hoax. According to a DOJ press release, HSI agents followed Calderon on July 5 in a shopping car park in Bakersfield, California. The press release indicates that Calderon continued to assert that it had been taken by masked men and held with others.
She is in the custody of American immigration and faces a maximum sentence of five years in federal conspiracy and up to five years for false statements if she is found guilty of the accusations.
Commenting on the accusations, the American lawyer for the California central district, Bill Essayli, thanked HSI and “all the federal agents confronted with unprecedented aggression” to “offer cool heads and professionalism in these difficult times”.
Essayli said that “dangerous rhetoric that ice agents” kidnap “illegal immigrants are recklessly peddled by politicians and have echoed the media to ignite the public and discredit our courageous federal agents.”

“The misappropriation of critical resources from the application of laws is not only reckless and irresponsible, but it also endangers the community,” added Wang. “The actual cost of fraud like this is the quantity of fentanyl not seized, predators of unwitting children of communities and victims of the trafficking of human beings not rescued because the police have redirected resources to recover the accused.
“We want to assure the public that the allegations of criminal activities will be the subject of an in -depth investigation by HSI and our partners responsible for the application of laws and that those who engage in fraud and deception will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.”
The White House also participated in development. White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson told Fox News Digital that “the false news is so desperate to believe any anti-glaze story that they refuse to check the facts and echo the lies they have nourished”.
“The truth came out: it was nothing more than another false hoax,” she added. “Any outlet that participated in this hoax should be ashamed and apologize to their viewers for having lied to them. Confidence in the media is at a record level and this is the perfect example.”
