A lawyer representing the Department of Internal Security and Ice informed the high -level immigrant illegal Kilmar Abrego Garcia that he would be expelled to the little African nation Eswatini, after the lawyers of the alleged gang member declared that he feared the persecution in 22 other countries.

According to a notice of dismissal shared with Fox News by ice sources, the agency informed Abrego Garcia that in light of its claims for fear of persecution or torture in nearly two dozen countries, “we inform you by the present that your new country of referral is Eswatini, Africa.”

“Dear Mr. Abrego Garcia,” says the opinion, “as you know, the United States is looking to withdraw from the United States according to your last referral.

Ice’s opinion declares: “This assertion of fear is difficult to take seriously, especially since you have affirmed (through your lawyers) that you fear persecution or torture in at least 22 different countries.”
