Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Salvadoral Migrant whose one -month legal fight appeared as a flash point for the repression of immigration to the Trump administration, will report on Monday at the Baltimore ice field office, where he should be arrested and deported to Uganda, his lawyers told Fox News Digital.
The news put an extraordinary battle of six months on the legal status of Abrego Garcia which lasted two continents, tackled dozens of long audiences and involved three federal judges in Tennessee and Maryland.
The Ministry of Justice said that Greo Garcia is a member of the Gang El Salvadoran MS-13, had been taken in Tennessee who would have taken a van full of illegal migrants and was accused by his wife of having beaten him. His supporters painted him as a hard-working father who was vilified by the Trump administration and underlined the decision of a judge who declared that the government had not provided sufficient evidence that he is a member of MS-13.
Now, Abrego Garcia is planned for expulsion in a third country, after an immigration judge judged that he could not be sent back to his homeland because he faced a danger.
The latest development of the saga of Abrego Garcia intervenes days after the Ministry of Justice proposed to send it to Costa Rica on Thursday, in exchange for a guilt of guilt to criminal accusations of human smuggling, subject to him when he was still detained in Salvadorian custody earlier this year.
Abrego Garcia refused the offer.

His lawyers used the rejected offer to strengthen their request in rejection of the criminal affair against him for “vindictive “and selective Continuation of the Trump administration.
They declared that the plea offer shows that the Trump administration had launched a pressure campaign against their client, and in which several government agencies – the Ministry of Justice, Ice and DHS – “used their collective powers to force” their client to choose between advocacy and Costa Rica, or not to accept the offer, and what they qualified for the “link to Uganda”.
“In collaboration with this proposal, the government has produced a letter to Mr. Abrego’s lawyer confirming that he could live freely in this country, which would accept it as a refugee or grant him a status of residence, and promise not to redo it in El Salvador,” said his lawyers in a legal file on Saturday.
It was only after having rejected this offer, they said, that the government “informed Mr. Abrego that he had until the first thing on Monday morning – precisely when he had to go to the Baltimore field office of Ice – to accept a plea in exchange for deportation to Costa Rica, or else this offer will be out of the table.”

The plans were detailed in several documents, in particular the official opinion sent to the lawyers of Abrego Garcia on Friday by the office of the main legal adviser (OPLA) of the ICE and in the judicial file on Saturday to its lawyers.
Abrego Garcia entered the United States illegally when he was a teenager and lived in Maryland with his wife and children, before his return to Salvador in March. His family continued, claiming that his expulsion in Salvador violated an order from the 2019 court which prevented him from being sent back to his country of origin.
After months of legal disputes, the Trump administration in May returned Abrego Garcia to the United States, where it was slapped in human smuggling; An investigation from a traffic stop in 2022 in Tennessee and which started in April.

If the ice immediately arrested Abrego Garcia, their actions would probably challenge an order from the court rendered by the American district judge Paula Xinis, one appointed by Obama, who sought to prevent the ice from immediately stopping Abrego Garcia on return.
Fox News reported on Friday that DHS and ICE officials, frustrated by the Liberation of Abrego Grcia, had consulted the Ministry of Justice and ICE lawyers on how to remove it from the United States
The lawyers of the Ministry of Justice vehemently opposed the liberation of Abrego Garcia de la Garde, arguing at a hearing in evidence earlier this year that it was a danger to the community and describing it as a member of MS -13 – a complaint which was rejected by a judge in a decision earlier this year.
Despite this, the secretary of the DHS, Kristi Noem, denounced on Friday the release of Abrego Garcia from the criminal guard, affirming in a statement that the Trump administration “will not stop fighting until this Salvadoral man faces justice and that he is out of our country”.
