Lunch picnic has turned into a terrifying ordeal for a family in Tesla Diner in Los Angeles – and now, they are planning to take legal action.
George TMZ tells his wife, ValentinaShe had an outdoor yard furniture on Monday afternoon while eating on the courtyard on the surface in Tesla Diner, which was only open for one week.
The couple just received their food and they were sitting when an outdoor courtyard that was brutally covering it was hit on the front.
“We barely headed our child in an inch,” George says, adding that Valentina seemed confused and briefly lost after influence.
George immediately reported the accident to the restaurant director. The security team in Tesla tells us to review the monitoring footage and confirmed the strike on the video.
The extinguishing fire department in Los Angeles TMZ had responded to the invitation of 911 to a 21 -year -old woman complaining of head injuries. Valentina had a slight swelling on her forehead, but there was no visual bleeding. LAFD offered her transfer to the hospital, but Valentina refused and said she would go alone.
George says that the family plans to file a lawsuit against Tesla because of the accident.
We have contacted Tesla to comment … so far, there is no word.
