Customs and border patrol in the United States attracted an alleged member of the Gang Tren in Aragua during a traffic stop near Detroit on Wednesday.

The stop of traffic in the canton of Shelby by the Maryville station officers was launched by a false license plate on a vehicle. The CBP said that the three people inside the car were all in the United States illegally, and that one of them is the National Manuel Venezulean Manuel Zavala-Lopez, an alleged member of a gang of Tren of Aragua who entered the country during the Biden administration in May 2023 and was released, according to the DHS.

The group was appointed a foreign terrorist organization very early during the second term of President Donald Trump, as well as MS-13. Some of these alleged members were sent to the terrorism confinement center in Salvador for detention.

Morris.

“This marks the second arrest of a member of a gang of a foreign terrorist organization this month and highlights the incessant efforts of our agents and the application of the law.

The 30 -year -old, who is not appointed but had his mugshot disclosed by the agency, has already been accused of violent theft as well as violations of arms and immigration, according to a press release.

“This member of the gang of Tren of Aragua, who had nothing to do in our country, not to mention the streets of the canton of Shelby, serves as a commitment from our department to ensure the security of our community and to obtain dangerous people like this from our community,” said Lieutenant Mark Benedettini of Shelby Township Digital Department.
