Trump’s White House renounces the executive privilege for the former Biden administration keys which were summoned by the Republicans in the Chamber’s supervisory committee.

President James Comer, R-KY., Approached the alleged concealment of the mental decline of former president Joe Biden.

The letters obtained by Fox News Digital via a familiar source with the question show that the Trump administration will not allow people of interest to comment to use their work passed in the White House as a legal shield.

President’s deputy lawyer Gary Lawkowski sent the letters to the former Chief of Biden of Biden, Ron Klain, the former main advisers Anita Dunn, Steve Ricchetti, Mike Donilon, Annie Tomasini, Bruce Reed and Ashley Williams, and Anthony Bernal, former adviser to the former Jill Biden.

“In the light of the unique and extraordinary nature of questions under investigation, President Trump determined that an assertion of the executive privilege is not in the national interest and is therefore not justified, with regard to specific subjects within the framework of the Chamber’s surveillance committee,” said the letters.

“These subjects include your assessment of the physical condition of the former president Biden for the office of the president and your knowledge of who has exercised executive powers during his administration.”

The Republicans of the Congress and the White House are investigating to find out if these aid superior to Biden played a role in the maintenance of the concerns concerning the former president of the former president of the public and even of the staff of the White House at the lower level.

It is not clear if one of the ancient aids of aforementioned Biden planned to claim an executive privilege in communications with the Committee, but it is not unknown for a new administration to give it up in surveys involving its predecessor.

A familiar source with the case told Fox News Digital that Tanden said that she had a minimum of interaction with Biden in her role as staff secretary.

“To obtain the approval of the automatic signatures, she would send decision -making memos to the members of the president’s inner circle. She said that she did not know what actions or approvals occurred between the moment when she had sent the memo and the moment she received it with approval,” said the source.

Bernal should sit with Comer and investigators for his own testimony on Thursday.
