Trump to join NATO leaders in Hague in the midst of growing world tensions

President Donald Trump will engage in many discussions on foreign policies this week to come at a NATO summit, where more than Ukraine will be at the center of conversations between foreign leaders.
A senior Trump official told Wall Street Journal on Sunday that the president always intended to attend the summit to be held in The Hague, starting on Wednesday. He will leave for the Netherlands Tuesday and arrive late in the evening the same day.
This is a slight change of schedule compared to its initial departure date on Monday, compared to previous.

Trump had to attend a state dinner between foreign leaders on Tuesday evening, but it is not clear if he will always attend the time of late day. The White House did not respond to Fox News Digital requests for more information on the president’s calendar.
The change of the calendar recently comes after the president which suddenly left the economic summit of the G7 In Canada, to take care of the current situation in the Middle East who faced on Saturday.

The summit between foreign leaders will likely include conversations on Trump’s recent decision to involve the United States in the Israel campaign in the Middle East.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy should also be present, leaders who should discuss ongoing assistance in Ukraine in the middle of his current war with Russia. However, the Ukraine crisis should not be the central question of concern, global tensions in Iran likely to take a large part of the attention of the summit.
Managers should also discuss the proposal of the NATO secretary general, Mark Rutte, each member country contributes at least 5% of their gross domestic product to defense expenses. The idea, supervised as Trump’s victory, was rejected by Spain, while others challenged the speed at which the decision to increase the defense expenses of NATO members took.

The summit will end on Wednesday and Trump will then share Washington. There will be strong security and demonstrators will have already arrived on the street to protest the next summit.
