The allegations according to which the Chinese Communist Party made a false driving license and sent them to the United States in a program aimed at influencing the 2020 presidential election in favor of Joe Biden are the subject of a survey by the Senate Judicial Committee after the FBI revealed its own investigation into the potential bomb on Monday evening.

FBI director Kash Patel has located and declassified the document at the request of the Chairman of the Senatorial Judicial Committee Chuck Grassley at the end of May and sent it on Monday evening to the committee.

Grassley, R -Iwa, requests more information on the document, which alleges that the conspiracy sought to issue false driving license to Chinese sympathizers in the United States who would vote for the candidate Biden. The document does not say if voting bulletins have been sunk as part of the program.

“President Grassley receives an FBI document (response) to a request he made on the basis of legally protected disclosure of denunciation,” Grassley spokesperson for Fox News Digital told. “The document lightens serious national security problems which must be fully surveyed by the FBI.”

Fox News Digital examined the declassified document, which includes a “Warning” section, the declarant “is an information report, not ultimately evaluated intelligence”.

“It is shared for information purposes but has not been fully assessed, integrated into other information, interpreted or analyzed,” said the document.

“The reception agencies are requested not to take measures on the basis of these raw reports without prior coordination with the FBI,” said the document. “Unless a conviction in criminal proceedings occur, a presumption of innocence exists for any person reported in this IIR.”

The subject declares: “The production and export of the Chinese government (exported) of fraudulent driving license to Chinese sympathizers in the United States, in order to create tens of thousands of votes by fraudulent mail for the American presidential candidate Joe Biden, at the end of August 2020.”

The “source” of the document is “a collaborative source with indirect access, none of the reports of which has been corroborated for less than a year”.

The “context” stipulates that “the source has obtained information from an identified subsidies, which claimed to have obtained information from officials from the government of the unidentified RPC”.

The document stipulates that “at the end of August 2020, the Chinese government had produced a large quantity of fraudulent driving licenses from the United States which was secretly exported to the United States.

“The fraudulent driving licenses would allow tens of thousands of sympathetic Chinese Chinese students and immigrants to the Chinese Communist Party to vote for the American presidential candidate Usper Joe ((Biden)), although he was not eligible to vote in the United States.

“China had collected private American user data from millions of Tiktok accounts, to include name, identification and address, which would allow the Chinese government to use information from real American people to create the fraudulent driving license,” said the document.

The director of the FBI, Kash Patel, promises to restore confidence in office, to track down bad actors “in every corner of this planet”

“The fraudulent driving licenses had to include the real identification number and the real address of American citizens, which makes them difficult to detect,” added the document. “China planned to use fraudulent driving licenses to take into account tens of thousands of postal votes.”

However, FBI’s ratings on the document show that the office has had a few questions.

In one location, the agency wrote that “a person addressed to information was not a valid area when creating a Tiktok account. It was not specified how China would reach American Application Address Data”.

Another FBI commentary on the document stipulates: “An (expurgated) source is available for reconstact.”

The next document page stipulates: “substantial reminder” of information, which took place on September 25, 2020 – just a day after the director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, said before the congress that the FBI had not seen any coordinated electoral fraud before the 2020 elections.

The “Context” section of the document declares “the source obtained the information from an identified subsidy, which claimed to have obtained information from the unidentified officials of the Government of the RPC.”

The “Warning” section of the document repeats the first warning that allegations are part of an “information report, not ultimately evaluated the information”.

The document indicated that “the report was recalled to re -examine the source”. It also stipulates that “recipients should destroy all copies of the original ratio and remove the original ratio of all computer titles”.

“The recipients should also ensure that any quote from information on finished intelligence products is based on the substantial recall of this report rather than on the previous version.”

More information is requested from the FBI in the Senate investigation.

“Grassley requests additional documentation from the FBI to verify the production and urges the FBI to show reasonable diligence to study why the document was recalled, which recalled and informed the American people of its conclusions,” said a spokesperson for Grassley.

The rest of the document is strongly expurd.

“Thanks to the surveillance work and the partnership of President Grassley, the FBI continues to provide unprecedented transparency to the popular office,” said Patel by declassing the document and transmitting it to Grassley. “To this end, we have located the documents that President Grassley asked, which detail the alarming allegations linked to the 2020 US elections.

“More specifically, these are in particular allegations of PCC plans to make licenses of false driver and ship them to the United States in order to facilitate voting ballots by fraudulent mail – allegations which, although supported, were suddenly recalled and never disclosed to the public.”

Patel added: “In accordance with the request for documents from President Grassley, I immediately declared the equipment and put the documents to the president for a more in -depth examination.”

But Grassley is looking for more information specifically linked to the FBI decision under the direction of the former WRAY director to recall the document to “re -examine the source” and “destroy all copies of the initial report and delete the original report of all computer properties”.

Grassley requires that Patel turns all the files relating to the follow -up interview, including all communications between and between agents and intelligence analysts.

“In addition, please describe all the investigation measures that the FBI has taken or will take, to determine the veracity of allegations in the IIR as well as which recalled the IIR and the basis of the recall, if this base extends beyond the request that the source is re-examined,” wrote Grassley in a letter on Tuesday.

“Finally, explain why the FBI under your predecessor required to destroy the original IIR, if this practice is consistent with the past and current practice of the FBI, and how it behaves with the preservation requirements of federal files.”

The FBI reporting document intervened a month after customs and protection of the American border protection of the International Mail Installation at Chicago O’Hare International Airport seized nearly 20,000 fraudulent driving licenses.

From January 2020 to June 30, 2020, the CBP officers at this location said they had seized 1,513 expeditions of fraudulent documents which included a total of 19,888 American counterfeit driver permits.

“The majority of these expeditions arrived from China and Hong Kong,” said CBP in a press release in July.

It was not immediately clear if the crisis had a relationship with the allegations of the document.
