In “The Quilters”, men in Missouri Prison Children’s Prison – Huge Gifts
In a room larger than the South Central Reform Center in Liking, Missouri, a group of men volunteered in a creative project that extends beyond the prison walls. For approximately 40 hours every week, they cut and incentive for children in caring for an incubator or with disabilities, and sewing vibrant patchs, finding joy and friendship while doing so.
