Paula Grezi adds a new meaning to “literary personalities” in the emotional bronze statues – enormous

In emotional sculptures and tarshotta from Paula Glizi (Previously), faces and hands merge with books and manuscripts pages. Handwriting slip on the leaves on the skin, eyes, noses, and the mouth as an counterpart, such as the knowledge and stories that have been embodied. Many of her work are limited to sit on the inner surfaces, while others, such as “internal movement” or “looking forward” take huge proportions.

Grizi is currently working on a permanent display at Marciano Contemporary in Paris, BEL Air Fine Art in Luxembourg, Van Dun in Osterwijk, Netherlands. This summer, the pieces will also be included in a presentation at the Maner Gallery in Port Avene, France. See more about the artist Website.
