Rubio orders restitution of hundreds of employees who were denied promotions under Biden regime DEI
FIRST ON FOX: Hundreds of State Department employees will receive restitution after an internal review under the Secretary Marco Rubio found they were denied promotions under the Biden administration for failing to meet new diversity, equity and inclusion standards.
In addition to removing the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) precept from the State Department’s promotion process, officials said that approximately 295 employees who were downgraded for failing to show they “will seek diversity in the workforce” will now receive pay raises, administrative promotions, and letters of commendation.
“The Trump administration is providing compensation to State Department employees who were harmed by the ideological agenda of the previous administration,” a State Department official said…LEARN MORE.
