We have already made clear in the lawsuit filed by the Robinson family against this group for defamation, civil conspiracy and elder abuse, that this was all along an organized and greedy campaign to extract money from the 85-year-old legend. “This group of people, hiding behind anonymity, and their lawyers seek global fame while making the most horrific false allegations.”

“We have requested court intervention several times to require these anonymous individuals to disclose basic information, hand over relevant evidence, and share transcripts of depositions with the prosecutor,” Frost adds. “For obvious reasons, this group of people and their lawyers refuse to provide all possible evidence to investigate their own claims. Once the public is able to see the truth, their greedy motives and fabricated claims will be exposed.”
Smokey Robinson’s latest accused sexual assault is a man who claims the Motown singer grabbed the man’s hand and tried to force it onto his erect penis.
Smokey was sued by four Jane Does claiming that they were working as housekeepers for the music star and his wife, Frances Gladney Robinson …And now two alleged victims want to join the lawsuit, Jane Doe V and John Doe.
According to new legal documents, obtained by TMZ, the accuser claims he began working for the Robinsons at their Chatsworth residence around 2013… and says he would clean and detail their cars early in the morning and on numerous occasions Smokey would come out wearing only his underwear and would touch and fondle his erect penis in plain sight of John Doe.
The man claims that “Smokey Robinson’s sexual arousal was vivid and unmistakable during these incidents.” He also claims that Smokey would occasionally make sexually suggestive gestures and remarks toward him, including pointing him toward an adjacent room.

He says he will rebuff Smokey’s alleged advances by telling him to “put some clothes on.”
The man claims things escalated around 2022, when in one incident Smokey grabbed the man’s hand “without his consent and attempted to force it onto his erect penis.”
After the alleged incident, the man claimed that Robinson’s family kicked him out. He says after one year, Smokey’s wife asked him to go back to work and he did. He says Smokey immediately reappeared partially clothed, touching himself and making sexually suggestive remarks in his presence.
He claims that Smokey’s repeated sexual harassment, indecent exposure and unwanted physical contact led to humiliation, emotional distress, and persistent fear for his safety and dignity…and says he stopped working for the Robinsons “after learning of similar behavior toward other victims and out of concern for his safety.”
The new Jane Doe who wants to join the lawsuit claims that she worked for the Robinson family as a housekeeper. She says on more than 10 occasions, Smokey grabbed her hand and tried to force her to touch his erect penis.

When the four women sued Smokey in May for sexual battery, assault, false imprisonment and sexual violence, his attorney denied the allegations and chalked it up to blackmail.
We’ve reached out to Smokey’s camp about the new claims… and no word back yet. We have also reached out to the attorneys representing the alleged victims… but have not heard back either.
