Smith-Schuster and Branch exchanged words before the defensive back rammed the wide receiver in the helmet. Smith-Schuster went to his knees and running back Isiah Pacheco tried to hold off the Lions player. Smith-Schuster came back at Branch, trying to take him down.

Despite being restrained by Pacheco, Branch still managed to rip Smith-Schuster’s helmet off. Players from both teams got into the mix, trying to outrun the two opponents. Another punch was thrown at the end of the skirmish.
