The report in question included intelligence revealing that Ukrainian officials considered the alleged bonds of the Biden family with corrupt business practices in Ukraine “as proof of a double standard within the United States government towards questions of corruption and political power”.

“Intelligence managers have agreed that at the time of collection, he would have reached the threshold (for broadcasting), but on the basis of the vice-president’s preference office, the information has never been shared outside the CIA,” said the official.

The CIA, during its exam, confirmed that Biden’s request had been granted and that the intelligence report “had not been released”.

The senior CIA official told Fox News Digital that he was “extremely rare and unusual” and “unappeared to leave the intelligence community and to find out with the White House on the dissemination of a particular report on what seems to be political reasons.”

The newly declassified intelligence report, which Biden sought to remain deprived, had a line of object of: “Intel Intel not disseminated: reactions of civil servants (expurgés) of the Ukrainian government at the visit of the High official of the US government in early December.”

The document indicates that the date of information came in December 2015. The document was created in 2016.

At the time, Biden was vice-president and led the United States-Ukraine relations and policy for the Obama administration.

The intelligence document said that “officials of the Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko president expressed their perplexity and disappointment during the visit from December 7 to 8, 2015 of the United States Vice-President in kyiv, Ukraine.”

“These officials stressed that before the visit, the administration of Poroshenko and other Ukrainian officials (expurgated) expected that the US vice-president discusses personnel issues with Poroshenko during the visit and had assumed that the American vice-president would plead in support of or against specific officials within the Ukrainian government”, the statements of intelligence.

“After the visit, these officials assessed that the American vice-president had come to kyiv almost exclusively to make a generic public speech and had no intention of discussing substantial questions with Poroshenko or other officials of the Ukrainian government,” said intelligence.

“Following the visit of the US vice-president (expurgated) those in charge of the administration of Poroshenko reflected privately during the American media examination of the US vice-president family to corrupt commercial practices in Ukraine,” said intelligence. “These officials considered the alleged bonds of the American Vice-President’s family to corruption in Ukraine as proof of a double standard within the United States government towards questions of corruption and political power.”

Biden, on December 9, 2015, delivered a speech in Ukraine, in which he discussed corruption in the country.

“And it is not enough to create a new anti-corruption office and establish a special prosecutor fighting against corruption,” said Biden in the speech. “The prosecutor’s office desperately needs reform.”

In this speech, Biden also said that the “Ukraine energy sector must be competitive, governed by market principles – not romantic agreements”.

“It is not enough to pass the laws to increase transparency with regard to official sources of income,” he said. “Higher elected officials must remove all conflicts between their commercial interest and their government responsibilities. All other democracies in the world – this system relates.”
