Bipartisian legislators promise to skip payroll checks during the government’s closure

An increasing number of legislators on both sides of the aisle have declared that they renounce their pay checks while the government closes takes place.

The federal government has been closed for almost a week after the Democrats in the Senate rejected the Plan of the Republicans to finance the agencies until November 21 several times.
