Mac Jones of the 49ers saw a corpse in the water before the game against the Rams: report

Mac Jones found himself in a frightening situation on Thursday before helping the 49ers of San Francisco with a prolongation victory.

Jones started while Brock Purdy continues to face an injury, and the Niners won a 26-23 victory against the Rams of Los Angeles on the road.

But before heading for the stadium, Jones would have witnessed a body floating in the water outside the team hotel in Marina Del Rey, California.

“That morning at the Marina Del Rey team hotel, Jones told teammates that he was on his balcony when he looked at the water and saw a floating corpse”, ” Athletics has reported. “Someone called the police. As the 49ers loaded buses for the stadium, the players watched the investigators and even the van of a coroner stop in the marina.”

Athletics added that the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department said the incident was still under investigation on Friday afternoon.
