Bad Boy Records founded a new lawsuit filed by the legal enemy, Houston’s lawyer Tony Bouzbi.
According to the case, which TMZ obtained, a woman named Liana Ribli Didi says she is close to her at Playhouse Club in Los Angeles on about 1 November 2016, and demanded that she drink a drink she provided to her.
She says she refused at first, but Didi replied, “The bitch, I do not ask you. I drink this shit and close.” She says she was afraid and forced to drink a drink that “slipped strongly” towards her.
The woman says that Didi put an arm around her and used his other hand to climb and penetrate her. She says he told her, “The bitch do what I want, take this ***.” She says he laughed when she tried to push him and appeared “enjoying her tightness.”
She says that Didi left her at the end, left the club and called a taxi. She claims that she felt confused, dizzy and light head and was unable to stand by the time when she returned to her hotel … and she needed help in reaching her room.
The woman says she woke up the next day with bruises and tear in and around her genitals, which she claims was a possible result of the alleged attack. She says she also suffered a mental shock.
She is chasing Didi to damage. Buzbee represents more than 100 customers who filed a lawsuit against Didi sexual assault.

We contacted the Deedy’s lawyer, who were in court on Friday in New York to issue the ruling in his criminal case … so far there is no word.
