Bud Light’s controversy in 2023 sparked a massive massive reaction against the transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney and the beer brand. Mulvaney was criticized after having published a video in April 2023 revealing that the beer company sent Bud Light packages with the face of the influencer as part of a new advertising campaign and to celebrate Mulvaney’s full year to the transition to “Girlhood”.
