First of all on the fox – The National Democratic Committee (DNC) launched on Wednesday a new digital advertising campaign featuring what it calls the “attacks in the course of President Donald Trump” after the suspension of last week’s actor, Jimmy Kimmel, of his television perch at the end of the evening.

The spots, which will target a handful of house republicans in swing districts which face difficult reelections of next year, will take place on conservative and independent media, including the podcasts of the Joe Rogan and Ben Shapiro media, who are very popular among young people and male audiences.

The campaign, shared first with Fox News Digital, comes in the wake of the move of ABC last week to withdraw the Talk show from Kimmel’s night after his remarks on the alleged assassin of Charlie Kirk triggered the indignation and a veiled threat of the Federal Commission Commission (FCC).

The suspension of Kimmel sparked outsourcing among democrats and progressives, and even some high -level conservatives, who said that the late evening host was punished for exercising freedom of expression. Many Republicans have replied that Kimmel’s comments suggesting that Kirk, a Kirk suspected killer, was a Maga member was scandalous and false.

ABC restored Kimmel on Monday and its program returned by plane Tuesday evening, although the 60 affiliated stations belonging to Nextar Media Group and Sinclair Broadcast Group prevented the program.

“The American people do not support attacks on freedom of expression, which is why Trump loses their support among independent and conservative voters,” the DNC said in a statement. “The republican base fractures, with republican personalities such as Megyn Kelly, Ted Cruz and Ben Shapiro brewed loudly with the administration.”

The DNC announcement Includes a Trump clip, during the first week of his second administration, announcing that “on the first day, I signed an executive decree to stop all government censorship”.

The narrator in the place later accused that “Trump wants to control what you see so that he can control what you think.”

The DNC claims that the campaign, which is supported by a modest five figures, will target the districts of the Congress of Republican Republican representatives Rob Wittman of Virginia, Jen Kiggans of Virginia, Brian Fitzpatrick de Pennsylvania and Tom Kean Jr. of New Jersey.

“It is clear that Donald Trump only cares about silencing his criticisms – and now, voters across the country and in Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey will hear about it,” said the DNC.

Trump and many of his best allies, long defenders of freedom of expression, criticized the people who criticized Kirk since the assassination of the conservative activist earlier this month.

The president welcomed ABC’s decision to initially withdraw Kimmel from the air indefinitely. And Trump also suggested deleting the networks dissemination licenses which, in his opinion, treat it too negatively.

Martin said Trump “tries to silence people. It is not American, and the Democrats do not support him”.

The Republicans and the Conservatives, during the administrations of the Democratic presidents, Barack Obama and Joe Biden went against what they considered efforts to muzzle freedom of expression, attacking the Democrats for having pushed “cancel”.

Trump and his allies now defend their latest actions by saying that the “consequence culture” replaces “cancel culture”.
