With six weeks before the 2025 election day, Zohran Mamdani Stay ahead of his rivals for the mayor of New York, according to a new survey of public opinion.

“The official ballot lists Mamdani and Sliwa twice each because they represent several political parties or designations,” said the director of the Political Research Center of the University of Suffolk, David Paleologos. “This helps Mamdani because he is listed first on the ballot as a candidate of the Democratic Party, then again fourth on the ballot as a candidate of the working party party.”

Cuomo is listed once and is the eighth selection on nine choice of votes.
