The head of the Senate minority, Chuck Schumer, Dn.y., accused President Donald Trump of having exploited the death of the conservative activist Charlie Kirk in order to take care of the criticism.

Schumer’s accusation came while the Democrats of the Senate made the legislation called the “Political Enemies Act”, which prohibits Trump and his weapons administration government agencies. This comes in the wake of the TV touch at the end of the evening Jimmy Kimmel by ABC on the comments he made linked to Kirk.

The best Democrat in the Senate said that freedom of expression is “one of the great characteristics of our country”, but that the Trump administration “tries to find it”.

“Those who breach the law, of course, have recourse to any source of violence should be prosecuted to the best extent of the law,” said Schumer. “But using the tragic death of Charlie Kirk as an excuse to overeat the hunt for political witches against criticism is odious, unpleasant and as non -American as possible.”

“To attack civil society, whether Jimmy Kimmel, civil society organizations or the political enemies perceived of the Trump administration, his crusade is endless,” he continued. “And this is one of the saddest parts of all, due to the obedience of Congress Republicans in Trump, it is not controlled because they are afraid of resisting Trump.”

“Charlie Kirk’s shoot was a national tragedy,” he said. “It should have been a line in the sand, an opportunity for President Trump to bring this country together to do everything necessary to eliminate political violence that targets both Republicans and Democrats, the political violence that emanates from both right and left radicalization.”

“But Trump and his lieutenants choose a different path,” he continued. “They choose to exploit this tragedy, to arm the federal government to destroy the political opposition of Donald Trump.”

An MJ spokesman referred Fox News Digital to statements made on her page X, including where she told journalists that the first amendment is “one of the most important amendments, of course, in our constitution. We will always protect the first amendment”.

“But you can’t, you can’t create violence, and that’s what’s going on … And that’s when you cross the line of the first amendment to a crime, and we will continue,” she said.

Fox News Digital contacted the White House to comment but did not immediately hear.
