“Ryan gave me $ 350 for the rifle and gave Tina $ 100,” he said.

He added that Routh worked the Bolt, asked for ammunition and said he wanted the weapon because his son “was intimidated by his roommates”. Oxendine said Roth told him that he “would delete the serial number … so that wouldn’t come back.”

He also told prosecutors that he had around 300 firearms, denied having withdrawn himself a serial number and admitted that the FBI had later accused him of a sawy hunting rifle. He risks up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $ 250,000.

During the counter-examination, Routh began by saying to Oxendine: “Delighted to see you again … I know that you are extremely angry with me”, before asking if the year he has already spent in detention could be applied to Oxendine. Judge Aileen Cannon struck the commentary on the file and warned Routh against other explosions.

“Have you ever known me to hurt someone?” Asked Routh. Oxendine replied: “I know you were noisy.”

When asked if he knew Roth was sweet, Oxendine said, “I don’t know you well. I have heard of threatening people.”

The courtroom also heard the FBI working group officer Patrick Lantry, about surveillance in a south bay truck stop, in Florida, where the investigators found orange earplugs and cans of vienne sausage.

The interrogations of Routh took a turn when he approached the cans of Vienne vienne empty on the ground around the truck stop. He said there were insects and ants rampant and then asked if possible food to feed them.

Lantry replied that it was possible, then Routh said that it was a good gesture, but that the one who left the food did not clean and that he should have.
