CC Sabathia calls Harrison Bader Home Run Fan incident `Crazy ”

A Home Run bullet by Philadelphia Phillies Voltueur, Harrison Bader, made the headlines due to a fan repressing a father and a son to put the ball after reaching the stands.

Unfortunately, after 19 seasons in the league and being a fan of the game since retirement, the temple of renown CC Sabathia is not surprised to see the fans fight for the baseball balls. This situation, however, was “crazy”.

“You see fans all the time, but it was crazy. I have never seen anything to this extent, and so many different people caught it in their cameras,” Sabathia told Fox News Digital when he was at his Pitcch in the fifth classic of the annual golf of the Foundation in Alpine Country Club in the New Jersey. “It was like seven different angles, which is crazy.”

Drew Feltwell, his son Lincoln, and his daughter Avery appeared on “America Reports” by Fox News to talk about the viral moment, when Drew Fellwell thought he was making a basic memory for his son after finding the middle of the field among several spectators.

But a fan of Phillies, as Sabathia mentioned, was captured by walking towards the Feltwells, demanding that they give him the ball.

The family remembers facing a fan of angry Phillies woman on the ball at home: “She was very vulgar”

“I can’t even repeat this on the air. She was very vulgar,” said Drew Feltwell. “Shouting directly in my ear that you know, a lot of bad words and,” it’s my ball. “It was her section, and she tried to tell me that she had the right to this ball.

Feltwell had no qualms about how he managed the situation, but the power of social media ended up reaching the phillies. Sabathia loved to see how the team joined to make children’s evenings even more special than the simple recipient of a ball at home.

“It fears that this kid had to go through that, but it’s pretty cool, the power of social media, right?” Sabathia said. “Immediately, Bader gives him a bat, and the phillies hung him. So, it’s cool to see the guys being able to answer and help this child right away. It’s fun.”

Lincoln Feltwell obtained a package of Phillies memories, as well as meeting Bader after the match, receiving a battle signed in the process.

“I hope this ball meant a lot for her,” said Lincoln Feltwell.

A “Legaccy” golf course

While Sabathia no longer reverses baseball bullets in the stands after his outings on the mound, the first enthronement of the renowned temple 2025 is a “full -time golfer”, finding passion on links shortly after retirement.

This passion has become an annual part of his philanthropic work via his pitcch in the foundation, which manages many programs for young people who are inserted across the country.

“It’s fun to be able to get people out here on the course and mix the worlds of my sports, my business world and my philanthropy world. Take people out here on the course and have a good time for charity,” said Sabathia.

Tuesday’s release came just after a massive night for the Legaccy gala foundation at the Natural History Museum in Manhattan. With stars like Derek Jet, Gerrit Cole and many other people involved, the Gala has collected more than $ 375,000 to support the mission of the Foundation.

The Yankees also honored Sabathia for entering the renowned temple on Sunday when they announced a donation of $ 250,000 to the Foundation.
