The lawyers of two boys blamed for the sexual harassment of their Virginia school district after complaining about a transgender classmate, who was a biological woman, using their locker room now heads for the Federal Court following a refusal of their appeal.

Earlier this year, the public schools of the county of Loudoun in the north of Virginia launched an investigation into the sexual harassment of title IX on the two boys after being filmed by a biological woman who identified as transgender inside the boys’ locker rooms. The video attracted them externally complaining to each other because there was a girl using their facilities.

The investigation finally found the boys responsible for sexual harassment, something that went on their permanent files and suspended them for 10 days. The parents of the boys obtained a legal advisor and finally appealed the decision of title IX of the district against their sons, but, on Wednesday, the district rejected their appeal.

“Loudoun County Public Schools has issued a final appeal refusal, permanently marking two innocent boys with a false violation of the title IX for nothing more than expressing discomfort about a girl in their locker room,” a press release from Fredoms Law Center reported. “They were children – second year students – who should have been protected, not punished. With the district’s refusal to correct this injustice, Freedom Freedoms Law Center (FFLC) announced today that it was preparing a prosecution, in partnership with America First Legal, to defend boys and their families.”

The next trial, which will be submitted in the Alexandria division of the Virginia Oriental District, plans to demand that the “False IX charge” against the two boys for sexual harassment be deleted from their files, according to the press release. The prosecution will also require an immediate stop at the suspension of boys, which has now started that the call has been refused, and compensation for “emotional, reputation and severe educational” inflicted on boys and their families.

“It is not only our sons – it is each child of Loudoun. If the district can armed title IX in this way, no family is safe,” said Seth Wolfe, the father of one of the boys. “No parent should have to fear that their child is described as” sex harasse “simply for defending their privacy.”

“Our boys have endured enormous emotional pain and mental anxiety,” said Renae Smith, mother of the other boy accused of sexual harassment by the school district of Loudoun. Smith’s family finally moved from the state after the incident. “Our boys should focus on learning, not against the false accusations of the system even intended to protect them.”

Smith and Wolfe told Fox News Digital last month that unclear policies and poor communication from the District of Public Schools of the county of Loudoun had led to the Title IX Decision and suspension of 10 days for the son of Wolfe, who goes to school in the county system of Loudoun. According to parents, their children have never been informed of how to communicate potential concerns concerning the transgender changes in the district or pronoun policy, and parents have never been informed of how to help their children understand them.

Smith, Wolfe and their lawyer, Josh Hetzler, said that the boys had tried to speak to the administrators to alert their discomfort with a biological woman using their locker room. However, the concerns fell into the ears of a deaf, they said.
